- 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
- 160g (5oz) blue cheese, crumbled
- 32 (45g/1/2 cup) pecan nut halves
- 1/2 red onion, peeled and finely sliced
Instructions
Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve immediately with your favourite dressing.

- Why not try Honey & Mustard Dressing or Sugar Free Salad Dressing?
- The following types of blue cheese will work well in this recipe: stilton, roquefort, cambozola, cashel blue, danish blue cheese, dolcelatte and gorgonzola.
