Milkshake
- 750ml (3 cups) milk
- 750g (5 cups) vanilla ice cream
- 200g (1 cup) Biscoff spread
- 20 Lotus Biscoff biscuits, chopped
Decoration
- Whipped cream
- Lotus Biscoff biscuits
Instructions
- Place the milk, ice cream, Biscoff spread and Biscoff biscuits in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide the milkshake between the glasses, then top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with whole biscuits and you can crumble a few on top too. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can easily make a vegan version of this milkshake. Just substitute the milk and ice cream with vegan alternatives. Biscoff is vegan!
