Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
  2. Add the lemon juice, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the amount of cream cheese to your preference.
  • For a variation, you can substitute the cream cheese with crème fraîche, single cream, or double/heavy cream.
