Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
- Add the lemon juice, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of cream cheese to your preference.
- For a variation, you can substitute the cream cheese with crème fraîche, single cream, or double/heavy cream.
