unfortunately whilst the idea of crafting these liver recipes sounds amazing when I read them, liver is one of those things I just cannot bear the taste of, even though the rest of the family love it. It's still nice reading them though as other items can sometimes be substituted

I have only ever had duck liver pate, I have never seen anything else made with duck liver.
