Looked beautiful too. Served it with micro greens, extra dill, lemon, guacamole, and melba toast. Will definitely recommend this recipe.

My initial reaction was that you can't freeze this terrine but looking around on the web I found that some shop-bought ones can! So there's really nothing stopping you.
