Didn't follow your recipe to the letter, left out spring onion garnish; added in some potatoes and carrots and chili to the bake tray. Roasted too long for 45 minutes so some of the vegetables where caramelized. Used chicken stock and coconut milk as I am diary free and used stick blender, the soup was so good. Adding to my soup list.
